Role: Data Analyst / Business Analyst Electronically Stored Information (ESI)
Type: Full Time Hire

Location: Remote - Preferrred people from DMV (DC, MD, VA) area

Responsibilities

• Pull data from Electronically Stored Information (ESI) systems (emails, files, and repositories) and support the information request process.
• Work with stakeholders to understand the busiess process.
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Structure large data sets to find usable information.
• Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information.
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, Statistics, or other related field is required.
• Must be proficient in running queries and query languages such as KQL.
• 5+ years of experience conducting data queries and analysis in a business environment.
• Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them for developers.
• Process-oriented, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communicator, both verbal and written.
• Extraordinary desire to learn and learning agility.
• Experience presenting results to clients, both internal and external.
• Advanced experience manipulating and exploring data.
• Work experience in source schema mapping (reverse engineering)
• Experience in establishing Data Governance and Stewardship Standards.
• Experience in JIRA Story writing, technical requirements, documentation
• Knowledge of reporting and analysis tools.
