Job Functions
Mine Client operations data (such as customer service, returns, fulfillment etc), and sales data to drive actionable insights on a product, category and general business level.
Execute deep dive analysis to answer key business questions related to the client eCommerce platform.
Leverage data to understand trends and future opportunities to reduce customer contacts, improve CX and increase eCommerce revenue growth. Leverage predictive modeling techniques in the process.
Proactively work with business units and teams to understand and translate data-driven initiatives and potential ideas. Synthesize ideas and suggestions from stakeholders and users to determine what to build based on business priorities, strategy and vision.
Build and maintain new reports, or enhancements to existing reports.
Design and support building new data pipelines (or enhancements to existing data pipelines) by partnering with engineering teams.
Manage operational data requests, and provide visibility to tracking data for emerging issues reported by sites.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Data Product Management roles
Experience in eCommerce and/or Customer Service domains
Experience with NPS reporting
Strong problem-solving ability along with proven experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a rigid determination to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and data presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative field
3+ years of experience in data manipulation using Advanced SQL
