Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources and ensure its accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools for efficient data management
- Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python) to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
- Interpret and present data analysis results in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and analysis processes

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a data analyst or in a similar role

- Strong understanding of data structures, data mining, and data modeling techniques

- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Experience with programming languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus
