Our Digital Transformation and Technology team is embarking on a new journey and mindset for how we organize and think about our digital and technology solutions. Salary Range:
  • Salary: Salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 per year but actual salary will depend on experience, education, and skills.
Your Responsibilities:

As the Data and Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and leading our analytics initia-tives. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data management, analytics, and reporting, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of our data while providing actionable insights to support key business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for aligning our North American region with our global data architecture and strategy.
  • Lead and build a team of data analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams to build a global data strategy and design data platforms to ena-ble our Fuchs 2025 vision and support data driven decision making for North America
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and set policies, standards, and best practices, including incorporating frameworks into this space
  • Utilize advance analytics techniques such as ML, AI to drive data-based decisions on Microsoft platform (Azure)Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance and inform stra-tegic decision-making, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Azure/Databricks, MuleSoft, and Power Platform.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of data collection, storage, and governance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, utilizing platforms such as Microsoft, Salesforce and SAP.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, utilizing tools such as Cognos reporting and Power Platforms.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by promoting data literacy and awareness throughout the organization.
Qualifications we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects and delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong technical skills in data modeling, database design, data warehousing, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.), with proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, SAP, Cognos reporting, and Power Platforms preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Ha-doop, Spark, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for driving continuous improve-ment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
