You ensure that solutions not only meet immediate business needs but also align with long-term architectural strategy.You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and IT leadership to shape solutions that are scalable, secure, and future-ready.Key Responsibilities:Design and govern IT and data solutions across the application and data landscape.Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural strategy.Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.Guide and inspire development teams during implementation of architectural changes.Ensure alignment with global architecture standards, policies, and security frameworks.Contribute to the evolution of the IT landscape using modern technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, and Streaming.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including product owners, business managers, IT leaders, and regulatory authorities.Create clear architectural deliverables that support decision-making and governance.Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in data and/or application architecture within a complex IT environment.Experience working with data platforms, analytics, or enterprise data ecosystems.Strong conceptual and architectural thinking skills.Ability to operate in environments with multiple stakeholders, international teams, and complex systems.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
