Job Title: Data Architect (ETL Architect)
Job Location: Tallahassee, FL (On-site | Locals Only)
Job Duration: 6+ Months

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect / ETL Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale data integration pipelines for a mission-critical Azure-based Data Warehouse/Data Lake environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build high-performance ETL pipelines

Work extensively with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Power BI, and Purview

Ensure data integrity, security, governance, and performance

Optimize ETL workflows for scalability and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior resources

Required Experience:

7+ years in ETL/Data Engineering

3+ years hands-on Azure (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Purview)

Strong expertise in Spark, Python/Scala, and SQL

Deep understanding of data governance, RBAC, and compliance

Preferred Certifications:

Azure Data Engineer Associate

Azure Solutions Architect Expert
