We are looking for a Senior DATA & INTEGRATION ARCHITECT!One of our clients, a leading organization in the water sector, is seeking an experienced Data & Integration Architect to drive sector-wide data transformation and AI initiatives.Must-Have Responsibilities:1️⃣ Data Platform Architecture & RoadmapDefine target architecture and deployment roadmap for a Microsoft-based data platform, ensuring security and business alignment.2️⃣ Data Lake Migration & TranspositionLead the migration of the existing Data Lake, preserve all key functionalities, and manage decommissioning with operational continuity.3️⃣ Data GovernanceImplement full governance: data quality, security, access control, traceability, roles, metadata, and compliance.4️⃣ Implementation OversightCoordinate technical teams, monitor progress against roadmap, identify risks, and enforce corrective measures.5️⃣ AI-Ready Platform & Advanced Use CasesDesign an AI-ready platform for analytics and ML, ensuring dataset traceability, reproducibility, and future integration points.6️⃣ Documentation & Knowledge TransferProduce detailed architecture, governance, and integration documentation; ensure knowledge is fully transferred to internal teams.Must-Have Experience & Skills:8+ years in Data Architecture & IntegrationProven experience with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Data Mesh, or LakehouseExpertise in ETL/ELT, API integration, SAP, and open-source environmentsStrong knowledge of data governance, quality, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, audit)Hands-on experience in AI/ML-ready platform designExcellent French communication; professional working EnglishLeadership in a collaborative, results-oriented environmentPreferred Sector Knowledge:Public services, utilities (water, energy), or industrial systemsFamiliarity with SCADA, asset management, geospatial systems, and water operations This is a critical role for driving data strategy and AI adoption.
