Data Architect Ideal Living Management, LLC ("Ideal Living") creates science-backed wellness technologies. Ideal Living invents, markets, and distributes innovative health and wellness products for the home environment and healthy living to impact the well-being and quality of life of individuals and communities. We sell our products under AIRDoctor, AQUATru, and AQUATru – Pro Series brands, which are sold at major national retail stores and major e-commerce websites such as Home Depot, Walmart, and Amazon. These products include HEPA air purifiers for home and office, water purifiers and filters, and health supplements. As Ideal Living continues to expand its business operations, product offerings, and data-driven initiatives, the company seeks to employ a Data Architect to support the design, development, and maintenance of its enterprise data systems. The Data Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing database architectures that support internal operational and analytical data needs, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and performance across the organization. The position focuses on database modeling, data integration, platform optimization, and technical support of cloud-based data environments to enable effective reporting, analytics, and business decision-making. Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise data architecture to support the company’s internal operational and analytical data systems. Define and maintain database schemas, logical and physical data models, and data structures to ensure data consistency, scalability, and reliability. Design and analyze the implementation of data integration and ELT/ETL processes using Python, SQL, and cloud-based platforms to support reporting and analytics needs. Review and validate data integration from multiple internal systems and data sources to ensure completeness, reliability, and alignment with centralized data platform standards. Evaluate and refine database development standards, ensuring consistent implementation and alignment. Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency and system reliability. Conduct data integrity reviews to uphold security standards and compliance with internal policies and applicable data privacy requirements, especially for our database backup, recovery, and system monitoring procedures. Configure, maintain, and support cloud-based database environments, including Citrix Cloud. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate data requirements into effective database and architecture solutions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field. (Foreign educational degree equivalent acceptable). 3 years of work experience performing database design and data architecture for a company’s internal operational data. Proficiency in SQL Server, Python, and AWS CloudFormation. This is a full-time position. The offered wage ranges from $118,331 to $137,520 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
