As a Data Architect at oh22, you will design modern, scalable data architectures that form the backbone of our clients’ analytical and operational systems. You translate business requirements into well‑structured data models and guide customers through architectural decisions that ensure quality, performance, and long‑term maintainability. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with strong communication skills and enjoys working closely with clients to shape future‑ready data solutions. Your responsibilities include: Designing data architectures based on best practices for scalability, governance, and performance Developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for complex business domains Leading workshops, requirements discussions, and architectural reviews with clients Implementing solutions on Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and modern Lakehouse architectures Defining data standards, modeling guidelines, and integration patterns Collaborating with data engineers, cloud engineers, and analysts to ensure consistent execution Providing technical guidance, documentation, and architectural decision support What you bring: Strong experience in data modeling (entity modeling, dimensional modeling, normalization/denormalization) Practical expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Lakehouse concepts, and Delta Lake Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and data structures Confidence in leading client discussions and explaining architectural decisions Understanding of data quality, governance, and lifecycle management principles A structured, analytical mindset and a passion for building clean, future‑proof architectures Commitment to high‑quality engineering and working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams Otto-Hahn-Str. 22, 65520 Bad Camberg, Germany #J-18808-Ljbffr
