Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Architect to join their team. As a Data Architect, you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Architect Location: Washington DC (onsite required 5 days a week) What's the Job? Design and implement secure, scalable data architectures to support enterprise initiatives. Lead and execute ServiceNow implementations and integrations, including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and reporting workflows. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data‑centric security measures align with business needs and compliance requirements. Facilitate architecture discussions, review solutions, and provide guidance on data governance, lineage, quality, and standards. Support Agile delivery processes and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. What's Needed? ServiceNow implementation experience, including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, data reporting, and integrations. Hands‑on experience with data architecture design in large, complex environments. Cloud platform expertise: AWS, Azure, GCP. Cybersecurity knowledge: data protection, monitoring, logging, compliance, zero‑trust architecture. Strong data modeling, relational and dimensional design, and metadata management skills.
