- Meta Data Management
- Master Data Management
- Define COE Metrics to measure business impact
2 Modernization Strategy
- Road Map development for Moving Legacy systems to Fabric
- Pilot Migration of one legacy system
- Expanding this to other systems
3 Advanced Analytics (AI / ML)
- Identify usecases for Advanced Analytics
- Develop plan for building ML Models
- Pilot Model and Analytics Development
