Position Summary Information: Job Description Summary: The Facilities Data Associate will assist with the creation and monitoring of data and tools related to Facilities equipment and space. The student will work alongside the CMMS Administrator to review and update data using various tools. This role might involve: updating data in spreadsheets and our work order software, walkthroughs of campus spaces, assisting with inventory audits, sharing ideas for connecting with students, and researching and developing tools to better monitor metrics. Requirements: Prior coursework in Engineering, Computer Science OR Business is required to prepare the student with a basic familiarity of engineering concepts before working with Facilities equipment data. Experience with Microsoft Excel/other data tools is preferred.
