Responsibilities Leading operations, multiple shifts, or larger teams Managing labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment, and manpower Driving performance through planning, coordination, and improvement initiatives Coaching, mentoring, and guiding Supervisors and leads Ensuring consistent execution of SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements Supporting cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects Requirements 5 years’ experience in a logistics, distribution, or relevant environment 3 years of supervisory experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, and Power Point) Advanced MHE knowledge and certifications Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program English (reading, writing, verbal) proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
