Data Center Supervisor – Kitting D Shift

Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day freight handling operations. Lead and supervise a team of freight handlers. Coordinate loading, unloading, and handling of freight shipments. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Plan and prioritize freight operations to meet customer demands and deadlines. Implement quality control measures for freight handling processes. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in freight operations or logistics roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of freight handling processes and regulatory requirements. Proficiency using warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS). Fluent in English (oral and written). Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in overseeing freight operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing quality control measures.
