We are growing our Data Center Technician team responsible for deploying, maintaining, and optimizing the data center infrastructure that powers cutting-edge AI and cloud computing technologies for a Fortune Top 20 global technology company. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who is dependable, able to follow instructions, and eager to quickly develop their technical skills while working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Build and install server racks, including rack and stack of servers, network switches, and power distribution units (PDUs). Install, label, and organize network and power cables (fiber optic and copper) according to industry standards. Deploy and maintain data center hardware, including servers, power units, and AI GPU clusters. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with cabling, servers, and network hardware. Support data center buildouts, expansions, and hardware decommissioning. Maintain accurate documentation of cabling layouts, hardware configurations, and inventory. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Work closely with other team members on a daily basis to complete projects together. Qualifications 1-3 years of work experience, training, or education in IT or a skilled trade. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding environments. Experience working in a data center or other critical environment facility preferred. Familiarity with installing network cables, server racks, and data center hardware is a plus. Must be able to work at both the Quincy and East Wenatchee locations, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check. Additional Information Benefits include on-the-job training, weekly pay, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401k plan. Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety gloves, glasses, earplugs, and composite or steel-toe boots.
