Role:- Data Conversation Manager

Location:- Atlanta, GA (Hybrid from Day 1)

Duration:- Fulltime/ Permanent

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate daily standups as needed.
2. Participate in the meeting and capture feedback.
3. Draft data conversion plan
4. Schedule deliverable review walkthrough sessions with the State team
5. Lead the data conversion team in building data conversion programs
6. Facilitate meetings with the stakeholders to plan the conversion tasks, activities, and timelines
7. Share the mock-run data conversion results and data exception findings with the State team
8. Discuss data exception findings with the State team and identify the resolution plan and priorities
9. Provide a summary of the data conversion results during mock runs to the State team
10. Execute data conversion tasks at go-live
11. Provide regular status updates on data conversion activities and progress
12. Submit the data extract specification to the State team

Skills:

1. At least 8 years of industry experience.
2. Good understanding of SDLC.
3. 3+ years of Data Conversion experience including strong ETL and XML capabilities and SQL experience
4. Experience working with technical products, vendors, and families of technologies and company software and hardware products
5. Good communication skills

Education/Qualification and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or Information Science
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks

Ability to work with relational databases.
