Data Delivery LeadWatford Junction | HybridUp to £90,000A senior data leadership role responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of data products, analytics and reporting across a large, regulated organisation. This isn’t a project management role. You’ll be accountable for what gets delivered, why it matters, and how teams are set up to deliver high-quality data products that drive real business value.The role:You’ll act as the single point of contact for data delivery, owning prioritisation from initial business requirement through to development completion. Working closely with Product Owners and senior stakeholders, you’ll balance strategic initiatives with high-impact smaller pieces of work, ensuring delivery is efficient, well planned and aligned to business goals. You’ll lead three core functions - Business Analysis, Data Engineering and Reporting.What you’ll be doing:Owning the end-to-end delivery of data products, dashboards and data feedsActing as the single point of contact for analytics and reporting deliveryPartnering with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to shape prioritiesTranslating business problems into clear, deliverable data solutionsLeading planning and prioritisation across BA, engineering and BI teamsEnsuring delivery quality, efficiency and consistency across the functionKeeping teams focused on initiatives that drive commercial and regulatory impactStaying close enough to the detail to challenge, support and guide teams effectivelyYour skills & experience:Extensive experience leading BI, analytics or data delivery functionsProven delivery of complex, large-scale data or analytics programmesStrong background in business partnering and stakeholder managementComfortable owning prioritisation, trade-offs and delivery outcomesExperience working across Business Analysts, Engineers and BI teamsHands-on understanding of reporting and analytics - specifically in Power BIExperience in regulated or complex environments is highly beneficialAble to quantify and communicate the value of data products to the business
