Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to develop and optimize end-to-end data solutions for a Child Welfare Program. The ideal candidate will leverage Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics and Power BI to create data pipelines and analytics solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data models in Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Build ETL solutions using Azure Synapse Pipelines for data extraction and transformation.
• Create and configure Azure Synapse Analytics workspace and pipelines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data architecture and pipelines.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and design visualizations in Power BI.

Required Technical Skills:

• 3+ years in designing scalable data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Scala for data processing.
• Advanced SQL skills with a focus on performance tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on experience in developing PL/SQL procedures.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Platform (Data Factory, Data Lake, SQL Database) is highly desired.
