Detailed Job Description:
Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Talend Studio.
Build and maintain data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into SQL Server.
Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve data-related issues.
Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance.
Document technical processes and maintain version control for ETL jobs.

Required skills and qualifications:
Proficiency in Talend Studio (Data Integration, Big Data, or Real-Time).
Strong experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.
Experience with data migration, transformation, and integration projects.
Familiarity with job scheduling tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
