Are you a highly organized individual with a sharp eye for detail? Do you thrive in a role where accuracy and efficiency are paramount? We're looking for a dedicated Financial Processor to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in our financial operations.

In this position, you'll be responsible for meticulously processing financial transactions, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the smooth flow of our financial processes. If you're a quick learner, enjoy working with numbers, and have a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply!

Pay: $20/hr 

Schedule: 

  • Training Schedule: Must be available for shift between 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Post Training Schedule:  Must be available for shift between 8:30am-6:00pm
  • Training Length: up to 11 weeks, some candidates will be on a 5 week training period
  • Hybrid during training, remote after training, some candidates may get the opportunity to work fully remote but please present as hybrid 

What you'll do:

  • Accurately process a variety of financial transactions, including [mention specific examples if applicable, e.g., invoices, payments, expense reports, journal entries].
  • Verify and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized and accessible financial records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to established financial policies and procedures.

What you'll bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.
