Job Summary
Accurately and efficiently document product and production numbers and information. Be a positive influence and example for the production team as it pertains to safety, quality, and cleanliness.
Duties/Responsibilities
Personnel Safety
- Follow safety policies and procedures
Food Safety
- Ensure a food safe production environment through following policies and procedures
- Follow GMPs on all plant premises
- Follow HACCP plans as well as policies and procedures to meet SQF level 3 compliance
Data Entry
- Compile all information needed to complete order processing
- Check the accuracy of daily paperwork and ensure all proper data is captured
- Scan and file completed paperwork once materials are issued
- Must be able to correct paperwork issues as they arise
- Participate in inventory processes
- Must be able to learn procedures as it pertains to production
- Learn how to weigh and issue finished pallets
- Assist production as needed
- Complete cycle counts as needed
- Reconcile data
- Complete and send customer production reports
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- High level of organizational skills
- Must be able to solve intricate math problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
