Responsibilities
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for accurate data entry, record keeping, and file maintenance.
ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter data into company systems
Prepare and organize documents for data entry
Review and update existing records
Identify and resolve data discrepancies
Maintain organized electronic and paper files
Qualifications
QualificationsPrevious data entry or related experience preferred
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry
Ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods
Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally
