MK Weeden Construction, Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the roles of Data Entry Clerk, File Clerk, and Administrative Assistant. This dual position is essential for maintaining our offices' operational efficiency and supporting our teams with precise data management and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data accurately into our databases, managing files, and performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess strong organizational skills, and exhibit a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, both paper and electronic.
- Assist in managing office supplies and ordering materials as needed.
- Prepare reports and documents for executive staff and project managers.
- Answer incoming calls and emails and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for team members.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in administrative support or related field preferred.
