Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into the company database and systems.
• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
• Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and validations.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing data trends as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Respond to data inquiries in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation of changes.
• Support the development and implementation of data entry procedures to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with the cannabis industry and regulations is preferred but not mandatory.
