We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry to join our team. In this role, you'll help keep our records accurate, organized, and up to date. Your work will support different departments by ensuring information is entered correctly, maintained securely, and easily accessible when needed. If you enjoy working with data, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in producing accurate work, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with a high level of accuracy. Review information for completeness and correct any errors or inconsistencies. Organize and maintain digital records and files. Verify data by comparing it with source documents when necessary. Work closely with team members to ensure information is current and reliable. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or personal information. Meet daily and weekly productivity goals while maintaining quality standards. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is an advantage but not required. Strong typing and computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
