Duration: 3-Week Contract
Pay Rate: $18-$21/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a short-term education project in King of Prussia, PA. This 3-week contract role will focus on accurately entering, updating, and verifying student and program data within internal systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and comfortable working with large volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update student records, enrollment information, and program data into internal databases
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with internal guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student and institutional information
  • Communicate with internal team members regarding discrepancies or missing documentation
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience (education setting preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable navigating databases and learning new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, standard business hours (on-site)

Additional Information:
This is a 3-week contract assignment ideal for candidates seeking short-term project work. Immediate availability preferred.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
