Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage legal data in case management software with high accuracy.

  • Support attorneys and legal staff by providing timely access to case-related information.
  • Perform basic legal research as needed to support case preparation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in legal studies is a plus.
  • Experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
