Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Pasadena. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced office environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data into internal systems and databases
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Update and maintain records, files, and spreadsheets
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
