In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering personal and policy-related information from clients to accurately prepare insurance quotes. This includes entering detailed data related to home, auto, specialty vehicles, and commercial businesses into our system with a high level of accuracy and attention to confidentiality. You'll work across multiple screens and tools to ensure all necessary information is captured efficiently, often following up with clients to complete or clarify details. This position plays a key role in supporting the teams quoting goals and requires a balance of speed, precision, and strong multitasking skills.

Requirements:

• Must be able to multitask across multiple screens simultaneously
• Strong typing skills (30+ WPM required)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Must be 18 years or older (background check required)
• No felony convictions
• Must live near zip codes 76244 or 76177
• Completion of an online assessment is required to be considered
• Not a remote position hybrid may be available after proven tenure
• Call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
