Pay: $18 (DoE)
Overview:
Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company in Cameron, TX. We are seeking a Sales Data Entry & IT Support Specialist to support our sales and project teams. This position will focus on managing sales data, supporting IT systems for tracking sales, and maintaining smooth communication with client project managers. If you have experience in sales data entry, IT, and client relations, we would love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process sales orders, ensuring that data is accurately entered and updated in the company’s systems.
Perform data entry related to sales tracking, creating reports, and monitoring order milestones and delivery timelines.
Provide IT support to ensure sales tracking systems, CRM tools, and project management software are functioning optimally.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure project and order details are up to date and meet client expectations.
Act as the point of contact for client project managers, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to help identify trends and optimize customer service.
Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a positive client experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project statuses.
Skills and Requirements:
Education/Experience: Associate’s degree OR 3 years of relevant experience in sales data entry, IT support, or related fields.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, ERP software, and sales tracking tools. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Trello) is a plus.
Sales Data Entry: Strong experience with managing sales orders, tracking sales data, and generating reports. Knowledge of ERP or order management systems is a plus.
Organization: Excellent ability to manage multiple data points, track project progress, and meet deadlines with precision.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey both technical and non-technical information.
Problem-Solving: Able to identify issues and offer solutions quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Interpersonal Skills: Able to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Self-Starter: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and managing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Team-Oriented: A hands-on approach and a collaborative mindset to contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
