Location: Bank of America Building 1313 NW 36 th Street, 6 th Floor Miami, FL 33136 Position Overview The Data Specialist I in the Felony Records Center is responsible for preparing case files for Scanning, Renaming Documents, Uploading Media and saving into our in-house file management program. This position is being offered on our OPS (Other Personnel Services) temporary payroll, with health insurance benefits. The work schedule for this position is 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Job Responsibilities Preparing files for Scanning Scan all documents in file Rename documents that were scanned Upload all media located in file Tag scanned files in HYDRA Identify Certified Documents that must be kept due to retention policies The Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or its equivalent One (1) year secretarial and/or general clerical experience The Preferred Qualifications and Skills Computer literacy and knowledge Specific Skills and Characteristics The Successful Candidate must be able to: Be personable and positive, demonstrating compassion and providing excellent customer service to all levels of staff and the public Possess and demonstrate significant knowledge of computer programs Possess and demonstrate an ability to work in a paperless environment Possess and demonstrate very good verbal & written communication skills Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational skills Possess and demonstrate the ability to multitask Work effectively under pressure and with all levels of staff and outside agencies Work effectively with stringent deadlines Be adaptable to change Lift boxes weighing 25 pounds Work effectively in a group/team environment Hourly Salary: $16.22 To apply for this position, please complete and submit an application, and updated resume to: ., with the Subject: Data Entry Specialist I – Felony Records Center.
