Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update invoice data into company systems while adhering to established guidelines.
• Review and verify entered information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity when handling sensitive financial and customer information.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Keep digital and physical records well-organized for audit and reporting purposes.
• Support administrative tasks related to the invoicing process as needed.• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with invoicing processes or financial data handling is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
