Manage the Lender & Borrower setup (New & Incremental accounts), static setup including NAV, price of the assets across Agency Lending systems flawlessly and within the SLA.Learning and navigating systems effectivelyProviding answers to routine queries via phone and email.Exhibiting effective communication with key stakeholders.
