Company Overview:

We believe that accuracy and efficiency are the backbone of great data management. We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our client's team with high-volume data input. If you're organized, self-motivated, and able to type quickly and accurately, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Enter and update data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
-Review and verify data for completeness and consistency
-Maintain data confidentiality and follow company policies
-Assist with data cleanup and audits as needed
-Meet daily/weekly data entry quotas

Qualifications:

-Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM and 4,500 KPH
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
-Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
-High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

-Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role

-Familiarity with database systems or CRMs
