Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated Data Modeler to join our IT Analytics & Innovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models that align with our business requirements, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand strategic objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define data modeling requirements and goals.
  • Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and/or physical data models for enterprise-level applications and systems.
  • Ensure data models are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Implement data privacy and compliance measures in all data modeling activities as needed.
  • Contribute to data monetization strategies and data science initiatives as needed.
  • Mentor and support junior data modelers and team members.

Qualification:

  • Proven experience in data modeling and familiarity with data management best practices.
  • Proficiency in Erwin and cloud platforms such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure
  • SQL, and Azure Cosmos DB for deploying database solutions.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
