Data Planning AnalystTo assist in the creation and maintenance of product master data to support processes related to production and accurate reporting of product data.Essential Functions:The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.Create master data relating to all facets of the finished goods production process, including finished good, component and planning materials, BOMs, routings and production versionsManage New Production Execution and BOM Change Request formsWork with Finance team to solve costing issues related to production master dataReview data exception reports and correct data discrepanciesFollow all master data management policiesAnalyze master data to assess and improve accuracyWork cross-functionally with the rest of the data team to assist with projects and train as back-up for other tasksAssist other functions with requests for production-related data analysis and reportingCreate and update documentation of standard workQualifications:Education: BS Business DegreeExperience: 3-5 years Production Planning and AnalysisStrong math and analytical skills essentialStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailSolid organizational skillsComputer Skills: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)Ability to handle numerous projects/assignments at one timeExperience/knowledge of wine, wine production, and wine industry a plusEnterprise System (SAP) experience desirableWorking Conditions:Remote/Hybrid workUsually work a standard work weekExtensive computer workMay occasionally be required to work at any of TFE's locationsFrequent deadline pressuresNumerous projects in progress at any given timeComply with company safety regulationsSalary Range: $68,640.00 - $92,000.00The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
