Data Program Senior ManagerOur Enterprise Data and Analytics team is growing, and we're looking for an outstanding Data Program Senior Manager to join our team. The Data Program Senior Manager provides leadership to the business area in the implementation of the Agile methodology and product development. This role is responsible for managing the development of software applications and other digital products. This position works with a team of developers, designers, quality assurance specialists, etc., to ensure that projects stay on track, meet their deadlines, and stay within budget. The Data Program Senior Manager is also responsible for managing and developing a team of project managers, SCRUM masters, and other data-centric project resources.Duties and Responsibilities:Coach, train, and educate team members on principles and practices of Agile in collaboration with Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches.Work effectively using agile technical project management methods.Facilitate the agile program processes and their execution, escalate impediments, manage risk, and help drive program-level continuous improvement.Identify and secure support roles required at the program level or for enablement across multiple teams.Facilitate the flow of work in an Agile environment from product idea through design-build-test-operate for complex customer focused, business critical applications that use a range of cutting-edge technologies.Provide hands-on guidance and training to individual teams and verticals on technical practices and all aspects of Agile/Lean, including planning and estimation, daily meetings, team collaboration, tracking progress, and retrospectives.Develop key strategies to scale Agile/Lean and move to higher maturity levels.Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that they are receiving regular updates on project status.Participating in scrums, standups, and other meetings with the team to provide status updates and answer questions about project decisions.Creating and managing user stories and acceptance criteria, including writing acceptance tests.Managing scope creep by identifying new features that could be added without adding additional time or cost to the project.Reviewing project plans created by managers or other stakeholders to ensure that they are feasible.Securing, and managing the budget and managing program level financial reporting.Working with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement to reduce waste or inefficiency in workflows.Identifying risks that could affect the project's success and developing plans for mitigating those risks.Communicating changes in scope or requirements to the team and other stakeholders.Performs other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree7+ years of experience with Agile, Lean, and/or Waterfall methodology7+ years of experience managing projected goals to detect risks and measure success on committed deliverablesPreferred Qualifications:Project management certification (PMP, PSM, CSM, PMI, II, SAFE, CSP, ACI, CSPO, SPC)Experience establishing metrics in conjunction with program stakeholders to ensure appropriate measures for success are in place and managed toExperience in processing and analyzing data to support planning effortsExperience in budgeting, finance and accounting principles including establishing program metricsExtensive experience in PDLC/SDLC and methods to optimize the life cycle for project needsExperience with budgeting, finance, and accounting principles including establishing associated program metricsExempt Status: Yes = not eligible for overtime payWorkplace Type: OfficeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
