Data Protection ConsultantLocation: Baden-WürttembergA role that inspires youJoin a globally operating technology company as Data Protection Consultant, supporting the business in maintaining high standards of data privacy across innovative digital products and services. In this role, you will work closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure that data protection principles are embedded into products, processes, and operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal and operational guidance on data protection and privacy matters across the organisation.Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s data protection framework.Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and risk assessments for new technologies and products.Draft and review privacy documentation, including data processing agreements, policies, and notices.Advise product, engineering, and commercial teams on GDPR-compliant product design and data handling.Support the handling of data subject requests and privacy-related incidents.Monitor regulatory developments and ensure alignment with applicable privacy regulations.Deliver internal training and promote privacy awareness across the organisation.Your Profile:Degree in law, business, information security, or a related discipline.Professional experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or regulatory advisory.Strong knowledge of GDPR and European data protection frameworks.Experience working with technology-driven environments or digital products is advantageous.Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate legal requirements into practical guidance.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Fluent German and English skills.What’s on Offer?A privacy-focused role within an international technology environment.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital products and services.Collaborative, innovative culture with flexible working arrangements.Long-term development opportunities in the growing field of data protection and digital regulation.
