I need people with Excel experience who are willing to learn to cross-check raw data against our system (Payroll data). Someone who is proficient with Excel, but does not have to build out formulas, etc.


Job Description: Data QA Associate

The Data QA Associate supports the Data Implementation and Operations teams by
ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data during imports, migrations, and
integrations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented,
organized, and interested in building a career in data operations or software
implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate data imports and migrations for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.

Conduct data quality checks to identify discrepancies or errors across multiple systems.

Assist in preparing, cleaning, and formatting data for import into client or internal databases.

Collaborate with the Data Implementation team to troubleshoot data-related issues.

Maintain detailed records of QA findings and assist in developing documentation for QA processes.

Support the creation and execution of data validation test plans and scripts.

Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity across environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Data Science, or related field).

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.

Basic understanding of data formats (CSV, Excel, JSON) and relational data concepts.

Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).

Ability to follow structured QA processes and documentation standards.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with CRM or data management platforms is a plus but not required.
