Data Science Lead Analyst Apply
Duties: Developing proprietary application used for Regulatory and Management Reporting, including CCAR, Basel, CECL, Data analytics, loss mitigation, collections, consumer modeling, and what-if analysis for consumer risk management globally. Produce technical roadmaps and project plans from business requirements. Working with senior management and global clients. Create Data models for Retail Risk. Deliver time-sensitive solutions to multiple global initiatives and stakeholders. Lead data analysis and discovery. Collaborate with data engineers, technology architects and Business SMEs to implement robust production real-time and batch deaccessioning solutions. Develop use cases for data engineering, data validation, data governance and data reconciliation activities for regulatory schedules Y-14, and CCAR Review. Create models for data analytics using program languages including Python, R and Scala and large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop and Spark. Provide data analytics solutions using SQL, Relational data bases, Big data, EAP. Provide data gap and trend analysis. Perform qualitative, quantitative and oversight reporting. Document and build data requirements for Model evidence and review. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Consultant, Programmer Analyst, Consultant, Senior Software Engineer or related position developing data analytics software. 6 years of experience must include: Supporting CCAR regulatory reporting; Python, R; SQL; Data Requirement and Data Mapping; Data Gap and Trend Analysis; and System Data Science Analysis.
