You’ll combine business acumen with technical insight to drive innovation and deliver real impact.Your RoleAs Data Science Manager, you will:Lead the data science focus area, shaping its growth and strategic direction. Engage with clients to understand their challenges and translate them into impactful data science solutions. Take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. Assess and challenge technical deliverables, understanding the value of different data science approaches without needing to build every model yourself. Inspire and support your team, recognizing people as key assets and fostering a collaborative culture. Represent Datashift’s data science vision, both internally and externally. What We’re Looking For6 to 10 years of experience in data & analytics, with a strong focus on data science and leadership. Experience in building or growing business (e.g. a services, teams, products). Solid understanding of machine learning, AI, and statistical modeling. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both technical and business stakeholders. A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics). Fluency in Dutch and/or French, and professional English.
