Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Data Scientist to join a leading aerospace company in Longueuil, QC.The Data Scientist will support and evolve a key enterprise initiative, with the opportunity to expand impact across additional business and AI initiatives. This role is hands-on, technical, and strongly embedded with the business. You will work on production-grade machine learning solutions, focusing on explain ability, model robustness, performance optimization, and scalable delivery.This role is 5x week onsite in Longueuil, QC.Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with 8+ years of relevant experience in Data Science and Machine Learning- Experience with Python, Databricks, and AWS or similar- Proven experience delivering production-grade ML solutions in enterprise environments- Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable models and insightsNice to Have Skills & Experience- Prior experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment- Experience with explain ability frameworks and model robustness techniques- Certifications (AWS, Databricks)- French is an asset
