We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Position Overview

Key Skills & Requirements (What We Are Looking For)
To excel in this position, your background must include strong experience across these core areas:
- Modeling & Machine Learning: Strong experience in predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data mining.
- Core Programming Stack: High proficiency with Python, R, and SQL, alongside modern data manipulation and feature engineering libraries.
- Data Preparation: Proven ability to clean, validate, and preprocess complex structured and unstructured datasets.
- Data Visualization: Experience building intuitive dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Mandatory Background: State Government or Public Sector experience is REQUIRED for this role.
Preferred (Bonus Points)
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments and big data platforms.
- Experience with automated data engineering workflows and pipeline architectures.
- Knowledge of model governance, model drift tracking, and continuous optimization.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify actionable patterns, translating complex technical insights into data-driven narratives for non-technical leadership.
- Build and maintain efficient pipelines for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workstreams.
- Monitor, validate, and optimize model performance over time to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist in an enterprise environment.
