Job Title: HR Data Specialist - Union & Labor Relations Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time, 40 hours/week) Target Pay Rate: $40/hr. on W2 Shift: First Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Position Responsibilities Union Operation: Evaluate and process complex union-related tickets, ensuring strict adherence to Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), seniority rules, and union policies. Systems Management: Analyze and respond to data requests using Workday, ServiceNow, and PeopleSoft Payroll (HRMS). CBA Collaboration: Partner closely with Labor Relations, Union Representatives, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation for consistent CBA interpretation. Data Auditing: Manage high-volume transactions, update HR system error queries, and assist team members with fact-finding for internal/external HR audits. Customer Support: Interface directly with customers via electronic, written, or verbal channels to explain HR business processes, policies, and procedures. Basic Qualifications (Required) Workday Experience: 3+ years of intermediate-level experience with Workday Human Resources Management System (HRMS). Union Environment: 1+ years of experience working with Labor Relations or within a Unionized Environment. Education & Total Experience Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related work experience. Master’s degree with 4+ years of related work experience. 10+ years of related work experience in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications CBA Administration: 1+ years of experience providing guidance on HR policies and applying collective bargaining agreement terms.
