Role Overview:
The Data Strategist with AI Experience drives data-driven decision-making and AI use case development leveraging Databricks and Informatica platforms. This role identifies, designs, and implements AI solutions to optimize business operations. Healthcare industry experience with an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
Design data strategies integrating Databricks and Informatica tools.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI/ML solutions.
Analyze data pipelines and optimize for efficient AI model deployment.
Stay up to date with AI trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Provide guidance on data governance and best practices for data quality and security.

Qualifications:
Strong experience in AI/ML solution development and data strategy.
Hands-on experience with Databricks and Informatica platforms.
Knowledge of AI frameworks, data architecture, and analytics.
Ability to translate business challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions.
Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.
