Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with expertise in Program Management and strong proficiency in SQL for backend integration. This role focuses on developing data visualizations and managing projects in the semiconductor industry, with responsibilities extending to key KPI metrics like throughput, commit performance, tester utilization, repair yield, and supply chain reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Tableau Development: Design and maintain advanced dashboards for clear visualization of semiconductor KPIs.

KPI Review & Reporting:

Throughput: Monitor and report production throughput.

Commit Performance: Track and report adherence to commit performance.

Tester Utilization: Analyze and visualize tester usage trends.

Repair Yield: Provide insights into repair yield metrics.

Supply Commit Plan: Report planned vs. actual results in the supply chain.

SQL Backend Development:

Build and optimize SQL databases to ensure seamless data flow into Tableau dashboards.

Ensure performance tuning of queries for large datasets from semiconductor operations.

Program Management: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and delivery of insights.

Supply Chain Metrics: Analyze and report key metrics related to production and supply chain performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate data insights and project updates to relevant teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

3+ years of Tableau development experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.

Proficiency in SQL backend development, including complex queries and database management.

Program management skills with a track record of leading successful projects.

Strong understanding of semiconductor KPIs such as throughput, commit performance, tester utilization, and supply chain metrics.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Tableau or SQL Certifications.

Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.

Expert in Power Point and Excel
