Database Administrator

Our client, is seeking a Database Administrator to join their team. As a Database Administrator, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the Data Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Database Administrator (Level 1 - Mid level) Location: Warren, MI What's the Job? Provide on-site database and system support across various hardware and software platforms Monitor system performance, collect statistical data, and generate reports to optimize capacity and efficiency Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, operating system, and database issues Plan and execute software installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching activities Manage system and database backups, and perform manual failover procedures when necessary What's Needed?
