Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
\n- \tProvides subject matter proficiency for work described in the task.
- \tResponsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements.
- \tTypical duties include analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing procedures, developing functional architecture, and other related management and technical duties.
- \tRequires expertise in the specialty area.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
\n- \tActive TS/SCI clearance is required.
- \tMust be able to report on-site in San Antonio, TX up to five days per week based on customer requirements.
- \tBachelor’s degree in related field required.
- \tA Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- \t10 years of experience in the functional area.
- \t10 years of combined experience in each of the following relational and cloud-based databases:
- Database development and software engineering/development.
- Database Design and Data Modeling.
- Requirements analysis/generation.
- Developing systems and software architecture.
- \t5 years of experience working with Enterprise DB.
- \t7 years of experience with PostgreSQL.
- \tDemonstrated experience in developing and maintaining automated installation scripts.
- \tDemonstrated experience developing database solutions in a multi-tiered environment.
