To support data-informed decision-making, the full-time Database Report Writer will develop, maintain, and optimize reports from electronic health record systems while collaborating with various teams in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports Design and build ad hoc reports to meet evolving organizational needs Modify, test, and enhance existing reports to ensure accuracy and usability Required Qualifications High School/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred At least three (3) years' experience using SQL to query complex relational databases At least three (3) years' experience with various computer software and Enterprise Health Record applications preferred At least three (3) years' experience using Crystal Reports preferred Ability to be flexible and adapt to the challenges and reporting needs of the organization
