Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the repair and servicing of company equipment, machines, tools, etc.
  • Change over and adjust machines as production schedule requires.
  • Repair machines as needed.
  • Follow specific PM/Machine Inspection duties.
  • Maintain an organized and clean maintenance department.
  • Order requisite machine parts and supplies from vendors.
  • Direct and supervise other maintenance personnel.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Strong supervisory skills and ability to work with personnel across departments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Provide leadership to other maintenance staff.
  • Participate in company meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and departmental procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in 3-phase electrical power, industrial control circuitry, and the ability to read electrical schematics.
  • Understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and AC inverters.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic operations and controls.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
  • Familiarity with safe maintenance practices (e.g., lockout/tagout).
  • Experienced in welding (MIG, TIG, and arc).
  • Solid fabricating experience for parts, guards, racks, stands, etc.
Education and Experience:
  • HS Diploma/GED equivalent.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Vocational or related training in the mechanical field preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
